All visits are one hour per the Computer Preventative Maintenance Program services noted under “SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE” & “HARDWARE MAINTENANCE”. Any time past the initial one hour maintenance service will be billed the standard rate of $25 for each additional ½ hour of service.
Services that are not included in the Network & Web Design Services Computer Preventative Maintenance Program will be billed per the Network & Web Design Services’ Mobile Computer & Network Repair Services billing rate.
Includes Software maintenance: applying patches and updates to the operating system, applications.
Includes Computer Security maintenance: apply updates
Clean out/Remove junk files and Registry Fragments.
Review and Remove/Disable unnecessary Startup Programs and Services.
Analyze computer and equipment attached to the computer, along with current and future needs.
Includes cleaning equipment and updating device drivers.
Analyze network and equipment.
Analyze Internet Connection.
Clean equipment and update software where necessary.
