Network & Web Design Services is not responsible for network equipment malfunctioning.

Network & Web Design Services is not responsible for changes made to the network by the client or other influences other than those made by Network & Web Design Services.

Network & Web Design Services guarantees all work performed as long as the above conditions do not interfere with the computer's and/or network's ability to perform. Prior conditions/problems that the computer, accessories, & network are experiencing MUST BE made known prior to any service being performed. Lack of informing Network & Web Design Services of prior issues and problems before service is performed nullifies any possible attempts to hold Network & Web Design Services responsible.

Network & Web Design Services does not guarantee web page rankings on Internet Search Engines like Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc.. It is the responsibility of the client to market their own website.

Network & Web Design Services is responsible for the creation of the Website that is agreed to prior to the work being performed.

Network & Web Design Services is responsible for the creation of Graphics Design work agreed to prior to the work being performed. Network & Web Design Services is not responsible for marketing of the Graphics Design products that it creates for the client. That is the responsibility of the client.
